In a 1937 downtown building, the pleasures are personal: a warm greeting, a useful recommendation, breakfast waiting downstairs and a glass shared before dinner. This is hospitality by people who care that you feel at home.

Brian and Stephanie have cared for the inn since 2005, keeping the experience highly personal and the atmosphere unmistakably their own.
From the first greeting through departure day, their attention is on the details that help a guest settle in: a comfortable room, an honest recommendation, breakfast in the front room and time to talk during the Evening Social.

Historic by nature
The building dates to 1937. Rooms are cozy, not oversized, and the second floor is reached by stairs.
The inn has no elevator. One ground-floor room includes several accessibility features; call or email before booking so the innkeepers can talk through room placement and your needs.

Arrival and departure
Please notify the inn if you expect to arrive after 9 pm; there is no 24-hour front desk. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
Cancellation
Cancellations and reductions in stay length are free when made by 2 pm ET, 48 hours before arrival. After that cutoff, one night’s room and tax is charged. Special events and groups of five or more rooms may have stricter terms.
Accessibility
The 1937 building has entrance and hallway steps and no elevator. One ground-floor room has a wider doorway, grab bars and a handheld shower. For the clearest fit, contact the inn directly.

Tripadvisor lists 256 restaurants and 155 attractions within half a kilometre of the inn. The free Downtown Looper trolley stops about a block away when your feet want a rest.

The inn is at 342 3rd Avenue North in downtown St. Petersburg.
Arriving by car
Take I-375, Exit 23 toward Sundial. Continue onto 4th Avenue North, turn right on 4th Street North, then left on 3rd Avenue North. The inn is on the right. Downtown has many one-way streets, so take your time.
Getting around
The free Downtown Looper makes a roughly 30-minute circuit of central sights; the closest stop is about one block from the inn. The SunRunner and trolley connections continue toward the Gulf beaches.
